To prevent the juicer from shaking and giving more juice - my way
IMPROVEMENT OF JUICE - DOES NOT VIBRATE DOES NOT FUCK AND DOES NOT "COME TO"
Harvesting is half the battle. One way to process grown products is to make juices. There are many different mechanical and electric juicers for this purpose.
I would call the best in my opinion, of the electric, but it is impossible - this is now considered hidden advertising. However, it doesn’t matter: manufacturers of modern juicers advertise: a bucket of juice in 20 minutes. Yes, the performance is good, because you can load whole apples and tomatoes into the juicer. However, after issuing 2-3 liters of juice, the unit begins to vibrate, trying to "escape" from the table.
The manufacturer, knowing this feature perfectly, writes in the operating instructions: "It is recommended to eliminate the movement of the juicer over the surface, place under it a thin rubber or felt».
What's the matter? At the beginning of the work, nothing Vibrate, the juicer did not move - and suddenly something happened to her? Stopping it and removing the lid, we see that the remains of vegetables are grouped and upset the balance of the disk with the grater - as a result, the juicer begins to move around the table.
On the first photo you see a juicer with the lid removed and the remains of tomatoes. Why are these remains not crushed, but "skate" on the bottom grater? Yes, they just need to slow down, then the bottom grater will wipe them and there will be no vibration.
How to do it?
Just. You need to put an additional grater on the lid, as you can see from the following photo. The plate of this additional grater I took from a conventional kitchen grater with a large notch. In the plate is made three holes and short bolts MZ-M4 this additional grater is attached to the lid. Having done this, I was surprised: the productivity of the juicer has doubled!
And no rubber, no felt to put under the juicer is not necessary, it is very stable on the oilcloth of an ordinary table.
And to cut out a plate of additional grater and drill holes in the plate and in the lid of the juicer, it took me no more than 30 minutes. Do it!
True, there is one minor drawback for this revision. When washing the juicer, you have to remove this additional grater and rinse, as in part the vegetables are hammered under the notches of the grater.
It seems that the manufacturer could have long ago thought of making a pocket on the lid, into which it would be possible to insert an additional grater and wash it, simply taking out of this pocket.
