FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF THE HOLIDAY COW YOU WILL NEED:
Urosovochnaya saw or stuslo; mill with 45 ° milling cutter, groove cutter, 10 mm milling cutter, molding milling cutter; electric jigsaw; fixing device for dowels; belt sander with skins 80 and 150; a grinder with an arbitrary rotation of the circle and sandpaper 180 grit; desktop circular; tubular clamps; cordless drill; carpenter's square; drill for mm tree 25; headphones and respirator.
Dimensional reiki
The rake is a piece of board on which all dimensions on the 1: 1 scale and product related information are applied. It will be a reference when cutting out parts. For the couch, one side of the board is marked in front view, including leg width, lintel length and plank details. On the reverse side is information for the side view - horizontally and vertically. All milled profiles that need to be performed on furniture are marked with short milled gash on the edge of the marker strip. This will ensure that the profile is repeated when the router is installed.

REAR BACK CUPS
Rear back - simple frame design. consisting of two legs connected by upper and lower jumpers. The slats of the frame are placed in the seam of the jumpers and held in place by the overlay.
Saw the parts in size and match them. To make it easier to arrange the parts, mark the front side and the edges on each of them. Mark the location of each joint and armrest using a marker rail on both legs.
Give shape to the top jumper. To do this, bending the long thin rail, mark the curve. Carefully cut the curve with a jigsaw and sandblast the sanding machine with 80 grit. Smooth the curve with long passes, then sand the jumper with an 150 grit sandpaper and finish sanding with an arbitrary wheel. On the two front edges with a router, chamfer at an angle 45 °.
Folds for slats in jumpers 10 mm in depth are determined by the thickness of the slats. Two rear folds can be selected with a milling cutter with a suitable cutter or cut out on a table circular saw.
Check that the jumpers and legs fit dry, then pre-finish the parts and glue them together. Check the squareness of the rear frame by measuring the equality of the diagonals and let the glue dry overnight.
OWN HANDS
Cut the planks from the board with a thickness of 12 mm, strip them out or smooth them out.
The center back plate is a wide board with an ornament drilled with a 25 mm drill bit or a Fort-stor drill bit. To avoid chipping on the back of the plank, drill from one side until then. until the guide point of the drill appears on the opposite side, then flip the bar over and finish drilling.
The central slot can be selected with a router or sawed out with a desktop circular. Insert the center bar in place and evenly distribute the remaining bars on both sides. Secure all strips with glue and dowels.
Glue and attach the linings to the backs of the jumpers.
PRELIMINARY PROCESSING
Parts of furniture can be trimmed and covered with stain before gluing. At this stage, the quality of the pretreatment will depend on the type of wood and the type of stain used.
When using alcohol stain, absorbed into the pores, it is necessary to pre-process the workpiece before making the parts, because then the composition can be applied more evenly. This is not so critical for turpentine-based drugs.
Any residues of glue are insensitive to the stains applied after gluing, and as a result there are unsightly spots on the parts. In addition, the stain is difficult to evenly handle hard-to-reach places on the finished product, and sharp internal corners can be darkened.
Front legs, armrests and side panels
The front legs are made from blank 75 x 75 mm and machined on a lathe. Prepare the connection with dowels on both legs and on the front and rear lintels. Dry them up, finish them up and glue them. Check the squareness of the assembly. Attach the corner blocks 19 x 19 mm from the inner sides of the frame connections with screws and glue legs.
The armrest is attached to the front leg and to the back frame with dowels.
The side slats enter the groove in the side lintel and are glued and nailed to the bar with a cross section of 19 x 19 mm attached to the underside of the armrest.
To support the mattress, pine planks of 19 x 19 mm are attached to the front and rear lintels with screws and glue.
