After the old owners, an apple tree of the Cinnamon striped variety remained on our site. Is it possible, having cut down this apple tree, to graft several varieties? Barrel diameter 25 cm.

It is possible to graft several varieties in a way for the bark or into a split of a sawn trunk of an adult apple tree, but only a specialist will give you a guarantee, since this is a very risky (and not always expedient) operation.
But there are two ways to help you.

The first one is as follows. Within two to three years, make a strong anti-aging pruning, reducing the height of the tree as much as possible and causing the appearance of top shoots from dormant buds on the trunk. Then regraft part of the two-year-old tops, and leave the other part for subsequent regrafting.
The second method is feasible if the tree has two bole branches of the same thickness on
desired height (about a meter and a half). Then in the first year you can cut down one of the branches and inoculate with cuttings over the bark (25-4 inoculations will be enough for a diameter of 6 cm) and, if they take root, in the second year, carry out a similar operation for the second branch.

Keep in mind that the growth of grafted shoots will be very intense. You can't let them break down. The wood should mature well. This requires pinching at the beginning of the season and potassium-phosphorus top dressing in the second half.
