WHAT FERTILIZERS MAKE SPRING

As soon as the soil has melted, you can start applying fertilizers, because moisture after melting snow is usually a lot, but nutrition in the soil is sometimes not enough.

SPRING NITROGEN
This element is one of the main ones in the leading three, including phosphorus and potassium. Nitrogen is sometimes quite actively washed out of the soil, and yet it is responsible for the growth and development of the aboveground mass.
Nitrogen is present both in organic fertilizers and in mineral fertilizers. Of course, let’s say manure or chicken droppings in the spring make little sense for the simple reason that it does not have time to decompose quickly and go into a form accessible to plants, this must be done in the fall, but compost and humus can be added.
On very poor soils, where plants literally have to be saved, you can make manure dissolved in water 10 times and chicken droppings 15 times. But, as a rule, there is no particular effect from their introduction in the spring, or it must be done very early, for example, in early March. Doses of 1-2 liters of diluted manure or litter for fruit and berry and 0 l of manure or litter for vegetable.
Compost and humus in the area where vegetables will be planted can and should be done in the spring, usually under digging the soil. It is enough to scatter a fertilizer per square meter over the surface and dig the soil onto a full bayonet of shovels. Under the fruit and berry can simply be brought to the surface, previously loosening and watering the soil. Usually 2-3 kg is enough for shrubs, twice as much for fruit trees.
Naturally, there is nitrogen in mineral fertilizers. In spring, it is best to apply urea under vegetables, half a teaspoon per square meter, preferably in dissolved form, simply water the soil: twice as much for shrubs, three for shrubs, also previously dissolved in water.
As soon as the leaves bloom, you can carry out foliar top dressing, that is, spray the plants directly on the foliage. They usually don’t do this with vegetables, they will have enough nutrition in the soil after previous dressings, but with berry bushes and fruit trees it is quite possible.
To do this, make a 0,3% solution of urea and treat it with apple and pear, 0,5% with cherries and plums, and 0,1% solution is enough for the bushes.
SPRING OF PHOSPHORUM SPRING
You should know that phosphorus fertilizers in water dissolve very poorly, so they are often applied precisely in dry form. You can more thoroughly dissolve superphosphate in warm water, but still a precipitate forms, that is, the effectiveness of the fertilizer will decrease.
In the spring garden, phosphate fertilizers in the form of superphosphate are usually applied to loosened and well-watered soil. Under fruit trees, you can make a tablespoon of fertilizer under each tree, under the berry shrubs there is enough a teaspoon.
In the garden, superphosphate can also be added for digging the soil, but you need to do this about a week after applying nitrogen or organic fertilizers containing nitrogen.
At the end of May, berry bushes and fruit trees can be encouraged with foliar top dressing. To do this, you need to make a 2% solution for the berry and 3% for the fruit trees.

ADDING POTASSIUM SPRING
Potassium is responsible for the growth and full development of the root system of both fruit and berry and, of course, vegetable crops.
Up to 5% of potassium by weight is contained in wood ash, and of course in potash fertilizers, of which potassium sulfate is most suitable for spring application in the garden and in the garden, it dissolves normally in water, and it can also be used for spring foliar top dressing.
In the garden, you can first make potassium sulfate dissolved in water - a couple of teaspoons for each bush and a tablespoon for each tree, previously well dissolved in water, and then after 5-7 days sprinkle the soil around the bushes and trees with 100 g of wood ash under the bush and 200 g under each tree.
In May, shrubs and trees can be sprayed on foliage with a 1% potassium sulfate solution; this rate is universal for both trees and shrubs.
By the way!
As for the garden, here you can generally limit yourself to adding wood ash per glass per square meter of soil for digging, but if you are sure that there is little potassium in the soil, you can add potassium sulfate per teaspoon per square meter.

Tree feed
When the soil thaws, uncrowd the young trees so that the bark does not prop up.
And as soon as the earth dries up, fertilize and dig up the tree trunks.
In insufficiently fertile areas (and if organics were not applied in the fall), the rate of manure (or compost) is 10 kg per 1 sq. M of the trunk circle.
Plant fertilizers into the soil to a depth of no more than 12 cm at a distance of 20-30 cm from the trunk.
Then mulch the tree trunks with peat.
The dose of nitrogen fertilizer depends on the age of the plantings and the area of the tree trunk.
